[0:30] O this, my servant, dear is the Lord, while ye shall treat the God still world, may he be fair and delightful things, cutting the glorious king of kings. 450 in the following.

[1:00] O this, my servant, dear is the Lord, while ye shall be the Lord, may he be fair and delightful things, cutting the glorious king of kings.

[1:22] O this, my servant, dear is the Lord, may he be fair and delightful things, cutting the glorious king of kings. O this, my servant, dear is the Lord, may he be fair and delightful things, cutting the glorious king of kings. O this, my servant, dear is the Lord, may he be fair and delightful things, cutting the glorious king of kings.

[1:36] O this, my servant, dear is the Lord, may he be fair and idle. O this, my servant, dear is the Lord, may he be fair and idle. Amen. Amen.

[2:45] In the fifth chapter, from the first official of Peter, and the seventh verse, casting all your care to forgive, for he cares for you.

[3:03] Amen. The fifth chapter, from the first official of Peter, which said in the third, casting all your care to forgive, for he cares for you.

[3:24] The first official Peter in this epistle is speaking to those of the Church of God in which David, yet were very much afflicted and tried and persecuted and scattered.

[3:52] And they were strangers scattered. And they were suffering great persecution at this time by reason of their profession and our faith in Jesus Christ.

[4:13] And the wonderful official of the official of Peter, is looked upon as one of the most, I see, most blessed official of all the officials of the apostles.

[4:32] Peter was the leader of the apostles in Jerusalem. Peter was the leader of the apostles, and the apostles, and the apostles.

[4:43] He saw the Lord. He was called by grace by the Lord's own voice. He saw the Lord, hung on the Sabbath tree. He ran to the sepulter, when the first disciples to know that Christ had risen.

[5:07] In a very particular way, the Lord spoke of him at that time. He said to Mary, go, town of reverence and Peter.

[5:22] And then, Peter, I go before them into the galloway and there will I see them. And he saw risen Savior.

[5:36] He saw him ascend upon us. He heard the promise that was bestowed upon them. And he said, not out of the fullness of intellectual knowledge, but out of the fullness of faith, out of the teachings of the Holy Spirit.

[6:07] So we have the official ear of one that had entered into the things that he speaks of. And you could speak by faith of those truths that he knew to be very real and very true, having seen them, got them, experienced them, and believed God's word and his truth and goodness.

[6:34] Many gracious exhortations begin in the chapter that we have read this morning in your hearing.

[6:46] And he said, not in regard to the pastor and regard to the church and all those that fear God. And he comes now, drawing a close to his first official, knowing full well the chaos and trials that would await them and lie before them.

[7:14] For Peter could foresee that which awaited the Christian church in his days. And not only so, also those difficulties which will attend the pathway of every child of grace as he goes along through life's journey.

[7:34] He uttered these wretched words, all your care upon him, for he is careless for you.

[7:46] Oh, how he knew that. Oh, how he knew that. He knew it, did he, not only by gracious revelation, but what he had seen of the Lord himself, his tender compassion over many.

[7:59] How he healed many of the Lord himself, how he healed many of the diseases. How he came to those that were poor and afflicted and cast down.

[8:12] And not only so, as he came to them, as they were shut up in the room in Jerusalem for fear of the Jews and his crucifixion.

[8:24] And he is. And he is. Asking all your care upon him, for he cared for you. Asking all your care upon him, for he cared for you. It's the mercy, friends, if you and I know anything of this gracious teaching.

[8:42] It's as well as we have enabled his providence to cast all upon him. through all things in his hand of course we accept it don't we through all things in his hand all at his command we accept it as a truth but my friend there's one thing to accept it as a truth in the mind that's good there's another thing to know it by living in spirit by having these truths stamped and sealed upon our own heart and conscience by the experience which we are called to pass through in life journey it's the only way then that we can know these vital truths for ourselves and to know them feel them touch them we need a God given faith for the natural man deceiveth not the things of God he may know of course he may know hundreds know much about God hundreds accept that God is God hundreds accept that he is able to say that he is an all powerful God and so on and some of you here know that all receive that truth you don't deny that truth but my friend the point is this we must be brought to knowing for ourselves what do you and I know of him what do we know of him by what he himself has made known to us now there's a final thing until we know something of this we cannot in true faith cast our care upon the Lord neither will we desire to there will always be a measure of fears and doubts and trembling which will overcome unless there is a God given faith that is asking all your care and not something all things both in providence and in grace and as the Lord given us faith faith isn't some mysterious thing in us that is made known to us through some visionary appearance or some word of pride it's by the regenerating act of God and his sovereignty as he quickens the poor sinner from the death in sin to the life and righteousness for the dead know not anything that is the dead know not spiritually know not anything spiritually they can't any more than a dead man to know what's going on around us here or hear my voice neither can you if you're still dead in trust in sin you cannot receive what I say in regard to spiritual truth that is in your own heart you may accept them in your mind but where does that leave us free who want something more than that well then the Lord can be sent in birth to bring us away

[12:43] that we knew not and part of you we have not known make the crooked straight rough places plain these sins we say will I do unto them and I am not what saved them you and I have little known the path that lies before us did we when the Lord first put his fear in the way our hearts did he not give us faith then to look to that one fountain open for sin and uncleanness was not the one object for pardoning mercy did he not make known to us that all our works were of no while that there was no hope but in the precious Christ in that which he evolved out although perhaps we knew but very little of the depth of the doctrines of it of that time and perhaps even in regards to election if you brought that before that portion that he wouldn't receive it perhaps if you say no

[13:47] I can't think a God of love would be such as so active you say but you see my friends still the Lord has begun that work in his heart his givenness could know himself to be a sinner and he'll go on to further for things concerning him you're bringing in to these truths and by being brought into these truths so we will have made them known unto him the life and power of wisdom otherwise you and I stand but after we may have a lifelong religion and believers and yet have nothing vital in it and yet the night feel that has a very little and yet has a vital thing within it God you know your then then they'll grow up with this life which is essentially necessary and as we pass through life to be taught where our strength lays it doesn't lie in our land ourselves whatever there's no strength in self this is this is one of the hardest lessons to learn as we pass along through life journey to know that there's nothing in self nothing we can accomplish in self nothing that we can achieve in self nothing that we can in self court the favor of God nothing will ever in self we sing that in sometimes lovely

[16:07] I can do nothing without thee my strength is all in vain wither than barren should I be scabbled from the mind now in the Lord dreams of that place to see and see that now helplessly are and not ourselves those are things you hear every every time perhaps more or less you sit under the sound of the gospel sometimes you may see where you're really tired of the age but how are you going to learn of Christ how are you going to be taught of him unless he brings you under the spirit of discipline if it's hard to hear my sense it'll be hard to your heart that my friend that the Lord has brought you anything of these things your faith proved how is he bringing us by that way that we think it's going to be we should get better and better stronger and stronger more holy as we pass along more good to stand up against the great enemy of souls and so we should eventually get to heaven at last well friends

[17:33] I've been spared a good many years for this wilderness but I can't see heaven for me that's the way I believe my friend it's being brought down to nothing and to lean only up in a precious Christ now that's the place it's here then when we could see no deliverance it's here then all the arm of flesh it's felt to be weak in itself and even your religion seems to have faded away in the marks of grace I've done to show you you look within your self sometimes and it's all very well in the day of prosperity whether it's spiritual or providential prosperity very comfortable then you can all believe in

[18:34] God then what about the day of adversity what about when the Lord brings you into soul trouble what about when he brings you into providential difficulties when you try to take your case before the Lord can you feel friends whether it's spiritual or whether it's providential can you feel within your heart that the Lord will help you will be with you have you got the strength of faith to believe that can you cast your care upon him can you take it all believing that he will not only that he is able that he will can you I don't find I can friends I would I would but oh my friends in the first instance how will you feel the strength and power of unbelief shut up you look for your religion you see you've got none you look for faith you seem as if you're as weak you've no faith to believe and everything seems as it were to close shut up even if it's brass you try to pray your prayers like the jacking of the crane you're really sick and tired of your own prayers you may feel that you're more like a hypocrite than the child of God and in that place when you're down like that and in laying your upper health the great adversity comes along and you'll say you profess to fear God you who profess to have known him where's all your religion now where's all the promises of that truth you think you've had where's they gone from now ah the many fears and doubts come along and everything is blocked out in your life as the

[20:46] Lord has done for you immediately all the time being all for himself there's one thing he never takes away from us he never takes away our walls there's something underneath him in the darkest moment that will still cling to him although we feel sometimes there's no hope this is where you cast your care when you've got no one else around no other place no helping self no help around you and feeling with no helping God when you stand destitute failing me all the more then you cast so can't ah yet you feel kept utterly unable to be out but there this is like

[21:52] Jonah when he was down in that belly of fell house he said ah look at James towards that holy center may be the Lord will be grateful and if the Lord has ever blessed your soul if he has ever given you hope in his mercy if he has ever delivered ever at any time delivered to you then if you will have seen his hand in it and been enabled in all humility to cry and bless his holy name if he has ever done that for you although you may be in the darkest deepest pit that you've ever been in your life my friend he'll bring you up out there is one thing friends which the devil can never touch to fear the Lord that he's put into the heart of the child of God his days of darkness may be many his distress may be great his crying and groan daily as he passes along that the time will come when the

[23:04] Lord will bring him out in all his air from his warm life yes right one of all when she went in under the tree asked her and said to her command him to go in under the king and plead the cause to the other leader and she said I have not seen the king face for many days that's a trouble isn't it when we're in trouble you see when we're brought from the past we begin to realize now that we haven't shorted as we should be we haven't been so earnest as we should be we've been very well satisfied to pass alone we can pray with the reason with the reading with the prayer we're very well satisfied with that but when the

[24:08] Lord brings us to this place we have to come out oh if I'd only see if I'd only seem to play with the Lord if I had something to go on now and all everything seems to be a name and he said I haven't seen the king's face for many days never election I'll go in unto the king which is not according to the law and if I perish I perish there's a living hope of a child of God can you look anywhere else for if you wonder where religion is sometimes or when you've got any real religion the Lord ever brought you there can you look anywhere else for salvation because I heard you aren't much religion you wonder where you are sometimes you're careless about it please the matter another time you're exercise wonder where the sea will end but is there some line strength there going in under the sea is underneath it all the hope the

[25:25] Lord will appear for you is there sometimes when you get desperate and these cases casting all your care upon it not leaving some behind casting it all there and here comes the blessing friends in this place it is when they can know deliver and see in this man our strength shall be you might feel well I believe may get to strong sometimes you might think well of all the hundreds and thousands of people that are on the earth is it possible that God can be concerned about my affairs is it possible that God can care in regard to my immortal soul he is a profound mystery yes yes he does know and he knows every detail

[26:32] I respect when reading the word of God the first official of Paul the Corinthians and the ninth chapter and the ninth we know this quotation of Paul there was quoting the law that was given to Moses said that will not be off the clearly down the corn and then it is a stop there and it follows us dance the Lord care for options and calls you up sure sure does does the Lord care for options can it possible that he so cares for the beast of burden that can it be possible that he to care for me too yes my the same

[27:50] God is God over all and his able friends and it is desire that we shall come and cast our care for him for only that that we have brought there can we know that he cares for us how we can know that perhaps I'll tell you a little experience of my own not an old experience but yet reason the last day after when I been away from you I've been very dark in my mind very dark the word of God seems to be shut up oh what a place to be in prophetic ministry to God to see no evidence within or without a fine place but this word was laid upon my mind casting all your care and I felt that the Lord would raise me up and aid me to come once before

[29:19] I speak to you and I said yesterday as it was made over to me Lord if that really did come from me rest if it is thy purpose and I shall preach from that text do give me strength to come tomorrow do give me a nice rest and to my trouble as to be no rest of night paying to the severe cough of time at four o'clock in the morning before I got a week of sleep and I thought the Lord will only give me a nice rest then I shall go and then I shall know that it makes a good for here I am friends I had the best night last night I had all the time I have been there so he does care when would have been able to cast our care upon him he does care and oh what a comfort it is isn't it what a lifting up out of the dark places after all it raises up again that living hope doesn't it knowing that he care is for you we want to know something more than merely the cast of our care upon him we want to know that in the casting of our care upon him he cared for us that he probably tends to hear our prayer and you prove that as you go on along with perhaps the simple things of life yet are they simple are they so simple that can bring a poor sinner out of a prison house in the mighty clay out of the darkness and setting by faith upon the rocks are they simple , hills know to walk , 초 , , azánh , , hell , ha no hope with him. The enemy was a riled, ruthless, powerful enemy over which he had no power and no might. And the Lord had promised that he would deliver him, yet it seemed as if over the day he went on, the enemy was more powerful. It seemed that none of the destruction away from it, but he turned his face to the wall and he prayed unto God. And the Lord didn't leave. Ah, my friend, it's not a bad place to have your face to the wall. You've got your face off of self, haven't you? Not of the world, not threatened to the flesh.

[33:07] Not in there to satisfy the flesh. It's a painful yet blest you pathway to have your face to the wall of praise to God. To be shut out and shut in. You have your power set by these things men led. And in these things, in the life of my spirit, like this thing. And as you've been passed along through life, here and there, as he has helped you and delivered you, comforted your heart, made a way for you with providence, giving you a good hope here and there that you are not destitute. Although you've been brought very low, very dark places pressed, and spiritually, although you've moved among your fellow men, no one could see what was going on in your heart. But the Lord knew, and you knew, and yet he brought you out. You had to cast all care upon him. The Lord didn't know these things. There's another thing, then, it's a very strange experience. But it's the experience that the world would never know. That is, the child of God sometimes is brought to see something of what is in his own heart. Now a worldly, a gracious man knows nothing of this teaching. And when that soul of God sometimes is in his troubles and in his difficulties, and the Lord shows him something that is in his own heart, shows him that sin is there in his strength. Oh, what a trial this is. These powers of indwelling spirit that rise up. No one else, only God and the force and an ogre. But here is the purpose of God showing us that, how can you pray when this idiot seed comes up before you? How can you pray to God when you know that all this in your heart, all this uncleanness, all this rising up, all this rising up, all this rising up, all this rising up, all this rising up, all this rising up, all this rising up, all this rising up, all this rising up, all this rising up, how can you come before a holy God? Ah, here's the place here. The world we know something of this, but the child of God never. It's here then, he cast himself where? And from the finished work of a precious Christ. All of this shall come now. All his relief, all his war, all his and all his endeavors. Everything is gone now except the one and Christ. And there he comes now, he casts himself there. And from the finished work of a dear, he's been there. You've been there. You know something of that in measure. It's the Lord teaching you that you go along. The powers of his who have been there.

[36:26] And so my friends receive. He, for he caret for you. When the Holy Spirit reveals us of that great work of that home and in your soul, you know that you've been there. You know that you go along. The powers of his who have been there. And so my friends receive. He, for he caret for you. When the Holy Spirit reveals us of that great work of that home and in your soul.

[36:56] When he gives you to know and see and feel a little of the virtue of that precious blood and all its plentifulness and applies it to your heart and conscience. And raises up that blessed heart that all sin is put away. All sin, not some sin. The blood of Jesus Christ, God's dear Son, cleansed from all sin.

[37:24] Cleaned from all sin. Cleaned from all sin. Signed by the phrase we brought there, you know, that the blessed place. It's here where the Lord opens the heart to receive the blessings.

[37:36] And it's here that's healing that the Bible seems to become like. Much we speak of Jesus' blood, yet our little understood.

[37:48] And my dear friends, the Lord brings these dear people there. And I believe this is the way it brings in there. Yes. Yes.

[37:59] Nothing can tell. But all in all in the precious Christ. Cast in all your care.

[38:10] Not somebody, every care. The Lord will appear. Providence and grace. Mercy to lay from his hands. Not like a faithfulness. But hope and trust and believe and pray and seek and be guided. Casting it all upon him. Walking it with your prayers and your supplication. Day after day to you. The Lord will appear.

[38:21] He that goeth forth weeping. Bearing precious seed. Out which will come again. Rejoice and bring ye cheese with him. There's no doubt about that. Although the day seems long. Some of the things are not. But the Lord will come again. And rejoice in bringing ye cheese with him. There's no doubt about that. Although the day seems long sometimes.

[38:32] And those of you, perhaps, who are not. The Lord will appear. That day after day to you. The Lord will appear. He that goeth forth weeping. Bearing precious seed. Out which will come again.

[38:43] Rejoice and bring ye cheese with him. There's no doubt about that. Although the day seems long sometimes. And those of you, perhaps, who have gone through life, gentlemen, You wonder how, folks, when you're in these places.

[39:00] You wonder how to be with you. When you come to the end. If that's all you've got after all. If you're left in that place and found there.

[39:11] How is it going to be with you? Oh, I wonder why I have this. For these very things go to the castle. All up in the Lord. All up in the near my heart, Lord.

[39:25] Take my things. Take my things. Take my all your care and healing.

[39:37] For it. For it. For it. For it. For it. It's all for you. And nothing else about this thing. If you're going to get that castle down.

[39:49] And the Lord has brought that over to you. If he does care to you. And nothing else about it. All is in his hands. And all has worked for his good.

[40:01] And desire has for your good in his glory. And he'll bring you with love. And he'll bring you with love. To heaven where he is. Yes.

[40:12] Telling you that he does care to you. I'll send the Lord to his people of old. When he was walking in his earthly courts.

[40:23] He said. He said. You. Being evil. Know how to give good gifts unto your children. How much more shall your heavenly Father. Give good gifts to those that speak in.

[40:37] For your safety. For your safety. In this world. Want a bit of this world dear. It's all for the rest. Don't do without a jacket. Must have it nothing. It spreads your bread and butter for you. Doesn't it? So you must have it. So you'll have a little bit of the world.

[40:48] And a little bit of the reason. Fix it up very well. It goes to them very well doesn't it? But oh my.

[40:59] And does the Lord know that he has needed these things. and a little bit of religion. Fix it up very well. Goes around very well, doesn't it?

[41:12] But oh my, doesn't the Lord know that we have needed these things before we have casted all your care.

[41:24] When you and I come to the end of the journey, we're going to cast out all this. Do we have a price to cast out all this?

[41:37] Will it be not on a precious Christ? Oh, what a blessing to know these things. As we pass along through life, here, the little and there, the little life and life.

[41:51] Oh, don't cast away your little ghost. Here and there, if you've got a green sun there, just a spot here or there in life, where you have to say, I know the Lord was there.

[42:09] I know it because I know the desperate situation I was in both body and soul. I know the gracious deliverance you gave me.

[42:20] I know that. Now many days may have passed since then. And that experience, that being obliterated has in your mind.

[42:33] And yet it comes up sometimes. And you can say, I know the Lord was there. Why, my friends, if he was there, it would you always and will be seen until the end.

[42:49] For he cared for you. Think of that. An almighty, triune, Geowa, cared for you. Cared for comfortable.

[43:01] The Lord bless you. Ameng. Amen. Thank you very much.

[43:35] Children die, Many who sleep may not die, Still have oh no set and set. Sir, Thank you.

[44:30] Thank you.

[45:00] Thank you.

[45:30] Thank you.

[46:00] Thank you.

[46:30] Thank you.

[47:00] Thank you.

[47:30] Thank you.

[48:00] Thank you.

[48:30] Thank you.

[49:00] Thank you. Thank you.
