[14:35] To go to our memory. Where those sweet moments. When we were drawn away. From those things that took so much of our attention. Of the things of this world.

[14:49] We know Lord we will be backslide again. Now I know it's all about that. That nothing is good from us Lord. Of that pathway of sin. And of forsaken thee.

[15:01] That we trust Lord that our own determinants is that we have been brought back. That we have to consider our ways. That we have to search the scriptures.

[15:13] And that we have to hear the truth. And we trust Lord that there will be those occasions when the truth is sunk down deep into our ears. And we trust the saints of Jesus. The blessed moments Lord. Of not our own will or our flesh.

[15:30] But having the mind of the spirit. And being drawn along with us. And seeing the suitability. Of the exceeding great precious promises. That the plight can make us wise unto salvation.

[15:46] Or how we do need Lord that hunger. That thirst. In front in our souls. That though we Lord have a hunger. And though we have an appetite for things of the world.

[16:00] That they become secondary things. And to see first the kingdom of God and their righteousness. And all these other things shall be added unto us.

[16:11] And the Lord. Am I the same as Lord? What about my calling? What about my living? What about the supply of our providential needs?

[16:24] Lord that thou art a God of providence. Thou hast in thy mercy. That thou hast hast needed painst to make usury upon you.

For those of us, Lord, that believe in that real conversion, that real religion, those things known, found in their soul, and we desire more of them, Lord. That we're not left, Lord, to wander from the power, to see that bring pasture, and those living waters, and the wells of salvation. If we were the small, we have afflicted dispensation. [28:42] And he had to say, we know that thou art a future come from God. For no man can do these miracles without those except God who is with them.

[28:53] And so we see the necessity of this, this new birth. This new birth which is my Bible, you and me, if ever we are to enter into the kingdom of heaven.

[29:12] It is having our mind changed. It is delivering us from those things we have been singing of, and how we will not have the Gospel.

[29:26] It is because we are born in sin and shaven in nicotine, conceivency. What hope is there for a sinner, born in sin and shaven in nicotine, of knowing these blessed truths of the Gospel?

[29:42] Only when the Lord Jesus tells him or her, except a man be born of water and a spirit he cannot enter in the kingdom of God.

[29:57] This is a solemn reality. This makes us ponder the path of our faith. And profess to be Christians. And what does Christ mean to you and me?

[30:12] Is he to you and me the only God and Son of God, full of grace and full of truth? To believe that he has all power given unto him in heaven and earth? The word declares it.

[30:26] But do you believe it? When the foiling and loy and all these demons go against you? The word declares it. And this ignorant Nicodemus, the teacher, the teacher he attended in his field, and yet did do nothing of the blessed power of the Spirit of God.

[30:54] The ruler of the Jews had authority, and yet knew by what events that Jesus performed, the miracles that he performed them, except that he could never have performed them unless God had been with them.

[31:16] And so we realize in our lives that we examine ourselves in the love of Scripture. When and where did that change start in your soul?

[31:30] Is it something that you thought that was right because you were brought up under the truth? Yes, we've been brought up under the truth.

[31:41] But what effect have we had upon ourselves? Determined to be free from mother's open streams. Go out into the world.

[31:56] Do those things that satisfy the lust of the flesh and the pride of life. Not considering God. Not considering God. Not considering the Bible you've heard read in your home or in your church, in your upbringing.

[32:14] But brought to many inches you thought your own affairs. Fleeing from mother's open streams. So I'll say it again. You can solemnly do anything to do what you wanted to do.

[32:29] Even for the wrecking of the day, for the Lord's day, the Sabbath day. Seeking after world of pleasure.

[32:41] And the Lord lets you. And the Lord calls you to suffer. And you've never had such a terrible day in your life on that occasion. And that's still in spirit of life.

[32:54] And then something came into your pathway that made you think and think a little deeper.

[33:06] Is there a God? Why is my mind meditating upon God? Why am I failing fine to purchase a Bible and take it home and read it?

[33:23] And why, why did the Lord pull the portion of his word to stick past in my mind?

[33:34] And I met a bad man in that many days. Feeling something strange has happened to me.

[33:46] And I began to draw on the way I muster out venture to remember the Sabbath. And venture to pray for the Lord's divine violence and health.

[33:59] And you felt evil attracted to the miracles of Jesus. To the events that he has left on record through the apostles.

[34:14] And you felt, well, in spite of my disobedience and in spite of my trials in my environment, you felt there was something needful.

[34:31] And you felt like near as old you had chosen that part. And you were turned round and you turned again and you came to God's house.

[34:46] And you began to hear something that took your attention. And you might have said deep in your mind I must order my way, alter my ways.

[35:00] I must come out from the mum and from these separate for those things that I've endured company with many days, months and years. And the Lord was with you.

[35:14] And you felt sometimes that the Lord was mindful of your prayers. And he made things a little easier more profitable for your soul.

[35:27] And you felt, well, I was born in the flesh. But now I'm seeking the Spirit of Truth. And Jesus said you should know the truth and the truth should save you from your sins.

[35:45] And so, since then, you've been journeying on waiting for further events to be restored upon your soul. And glad to be able to hear his voice and receive those tokens of his love.

[36:03] That host called you to hope that you're now believe. And yet, you better say, Lord, I believe. Help them one unbelief.

[36:16] Do you feel the Lord was the one thing needful? And it's because of this Spirit engraving it upon your heart you hope you have been brought with a cross.

[36:29] Lord, I know you may feel very remote, but you cannot but help looking back to that turning point in your hope and your conduct.

[36:43] A sudden change walk. A sudden interest in the scriptures and the desire for the Lord to keep you unspotted in this friendly world.

[36:59] and walk in the path of obedience of the Lord Jesus Christ. Because he says if you love me keep my commandments and my commandments not beless.

[37:14] And still like Decolemus you see so is everyone that is born in the Spirit of Jesus where the wind blight where it listed and now hears the sound of can't not tell when it come and when it go it so is everyone that is born of the Spirit.

[37:35] Nicodemus in his England answered and said unto him how can these things be? The Lord had mastered the master of Israel and know it's not these things.

[37:49] the Lord was able to speak my experience of things that he testified of the Father's work for him to do here upon the earth.

[38:02] God said what a nurse said the Lord not only teaches you me earth with things but teaches you me the truth. And though we're poor hearers and poor remembrances, you bring to your remembrance those times when you change your heart and you return to your feet and a trust mind as I am here and you began to seek the Lord and trusted in him for his faithfulness.

[38:37] Not that every time you thought you prayed that you get an answer that suited you because the Lord is a sovereign in how he does hear and ask a prayer.

[38:50] Blessed be the Lord. You won't be able to consume it upon the lust of the flesh if something you're praying for.

[39:01] But he still does provide for you providential things. And he sends you these tokens of love. So what of mercy?

[39:14] So as the Lord here says and as Moses lifted up the sermon of wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up because we believe in him.

[39:26] And we go right down from our beginnings to our walk through the wilderness world to see and to understand that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners of whom you and I achieve.

[39:42] and so we must see that the sin bitten Jews under Moses lifted up the wilderness and says likewise so must the Son of Man be lifted up.

[40:00] And we know that Jesus said and I have I lifted up and not rule all men under me. It's to having the sum and substance of Jesus formed in your heart and mine to suit all situations.

[40:19] This is the remarkable thing about the Lord Jesus He suits the traces of each and every soul that He's redeemed from the curse of the broken Lord.

[40:32] And what a friend. What a friend that stick it closer than the brother. So blessed be the Lord. His love for sinners grows and grows us.

[40:47] But you say mine you might say or think as I say the same you might think does He increase his love? I'm sure He does.

[41:00] And it may be here and there there line upon mine as He shows you these tokens of His love. You look on and see the wonders.

[41:13] And oh it's only this newborn soul that accepts these blessed doctrines for free and sovereign drug. And we feel sometimes there's so many distractions especially in this evil world in the the day and age that we live in that Jesus does reign.

[41:35] We bless the Lord. We don't carry the badge on your shoulder on your sleeve. I love Jesus and see down your tremble sometimes.

[41:50] Do I love the Lord or am I him or am I not? Lord decide that will take. There's a trial of faith that goes a bit more again.

[42:02] The faith is the gift of God. It's the substance of things hoped for. The elders are not seen or have so foolishly are to believe in the Lord Jesus.

[42:17] But through mercy this time when the wind blew at this difference you hear the sound the sound of gospel through main breath that the gospel is preached and there's those signs when the Lord so favours you and me with hope and of his love when you look to Jesus.

[42:45] The thoughts of him suffering and bleeding and dying on that accursed tree to redeem your unworthy self and my unworthy self from the curse of the broken Lord.

[42:58] What a Saviour. It's an uttermost salvation. It doesn't begin the world and then cast you away no. If he begins he will maintain it and continue it and ultimately bring forth a headstone crying grace unto it and take your redeemed son of glory.

[43:24] This is the blessing of the gospel. Yes, we've had the wind blowing coming up here this evening. You can't see the source of it.

[43:34] we do read in the gospel that beholdeth the wind in his fist such as the almighty path of the child begin to comprehend for mighty God and his beloved son come in equal with him and the blessed spirit you will have evidence that the spirit speak in you and you will be amazed and you'll go you'll carry that word maybe for days or maybe only for a few seconds and it's gone.

[44:12] It's a sovereignty of God isn't it? The time when he sets you and me up to believe in him and fall upon his name and I will deliver thee and thou shall glorify me.

[44:29] What a mercy. I no wonder that these clever men don't understand these things because they've never been put. What a pity.

[44:42] What a pity they never thought it was. Religious leaders that God is the sovereign moon of the skies ever gracious ever wise and all our times in his hands all of that is his command.

[45:01] Men running about with one another we do this we do that want to get the economy right want to pay our debts and all they do is talk their things and forget that God reigns and all these things are appointed under his almighty son and his wrath will be upon them at the end if they repent not and believe and all everybody makes such a glorious fuss about them when they die and what they be laid upon the earth and all how little respect is given to the Lord God omnipotent and reign they never had the spirit and so you bless that the spirit of truth has come down and revealed the things of God and made to us salvation known and witness it with the blood and so marvel not oh marvel not my friends at the work of the spirit in being born again quicker you have been quick who were then in presence and sinners he came amongst his own you don't have to be a Jew or Gentile he came amongst his own and his own received not as many as received them

[46:28] God's choice God's electing love has chosen Jew and Gentile alive saw them and the poor yet loved them notwithstanding all his loving kindness and all have how you taught them born again what a secret we need to examine ourselves as to we have that real call of grace the call of the spirit he says as I've said before my sheep hear my voice and that's not an imagination that's real when Jesus speaks he speaks to thee saved or sinner lovest thou me more than these your response will be Lord thou know it and he give you instruction and teaching in what you are to do more than worse if he commit your love and all trust all turn in and finally bring it apart all things in your pathway mind when he speaks to you and the healing touches he's able to give you and that's a very mercy you'll know the burden of your sin that are going down blessed by the grace of

[49:03] Jesus out by his side brought water and blood and we need it that we might be washed that we might be made white in the blood of the lamb please the sacred things to meditate on Jesus my friend upon the tree to those in the channel of mercy for me or what will ask him to go poor poor Nicodemus how do these seem good well you may question them yourselves I'm not how do these seem good if they make you and me cry the more thankfully and firmly Lord save me for thy mercy so don't lord leave me to be fearful and troubled about these many things continually you get anxious about it don't you clear word about many things and

[50:17] Jesus rebuked Martha but he did love Martha he said one thing he needed and they have chosen that path the spirit made them choose with your need to choose out of the way Lord and lead me on lead me on take me by the hand lead me forward by the right way I might go to that city which had foundation whose builder and maker is God for what is this full world from you and me it's the means of providence as we said earlier the blessed God for it it's the object of my soul's desire Jesus crucified for me or crucified for the world you can't live that life that you once lived but you live that life of faith by prayer looking unto

[51:21] Jesus who for the joy that was sent before him and do it the cross that's right in the shame and is now sitting at the right hand of God there to make intercession for such sinners as you may bless you Jesus what a mercy that he said he that believe upon him he says here is not condemned something to be condemned therefore there is no condemnation ever in Christ Jesus will not after the flesh but after the law God has magnified the law and made it honourable and we bless him as as a teacher to teach us a number of days that we might apply our hearts under this because and and and and and and this is the matter with you and me have we been born again is there treasure about it's all what our treasure has don't we in heaven remind him to go to to and the actions that may be of God and not of us he says look unto me all the ends of the earth and be he saved and beside me there is no savior marvel not oh we don't marvel what the lord says because it's as as the truth spoken by him and as he takes it and seals upon your soul by the spirit we have to say spirit of truth come down reveal the things of

[53:18] God and make to us salvation known and witness of the blood when I see the blood of a past over you as the destroying angels instructions when they had to do their door frames with the blood of the lamb now Jesus Christ is the lamb of God slain before the foundation of the world for the people's sins and yet he was manifest as God in the fetch and through mercy he conquers sin death and hell for every man woman and child in the covenant what a man what a mercy this is man a man

[54:27] These are the doctrines of free and sovereign groves. It is like grace that ye say through faith and not of yourselves, through the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should bow.

[54:41] There's no boast to this. It's humbling, isn't it? You humble yourself before mighty God that he might be exhorted in due time, casting all your care upon him because he cares for you.

[55:01] He's paid dearly for you. He's bought you with a price. He shed his blood, his own heart's blood on Calvary Street to redeem you from this curse of the broken Lord, broken Lord.

[55:16] Precious Jesus. And he will become precious to you and me at times as you realise you'll be born of the Spirit. And you say, Lord, you'll give me more evidences of the Spirit through.

[55:37] It's the Spirit takes the things of Jesus and reveals them to you. It's not of him that willeth or of him that runeth for something they can run and walk and be accepted by God's side.

[55:52] It's not of him that willeth or runeth for God alone that shall have mercy. And his mercy through his precious blood shed on Calvary's tree that he should save your souls and mine from death, destruction and despair.

[56:09] Bless you, Jesus. No, I'm not. But Jesus says this. If he says it unto you, you'll feel to go and you are rejoicing.

[56:21] He wanders up redeeming. Like, why would I make his voice when others make a choice? Yes, others make a choice to offend that they won't have in my name.

[56:38] It's Jesus, having loved his own, that we're in the world he loves them to be in. It is the Spirit must have worked upon. It's all of his free and sovereign grace.
