[0:00] Let us commence our worship this morning with hymn number 398, between this popham 207. Dear Shepherd of thy people here, thy presence now displayed, as thou hast given a place for prayer, so give us hearts to pray.

[0:22] Show us some token of thy love, our fainting hope to raise, and pour thy blessings from above, that we may render praise.

[0:52] 398. Be the Shepherd of thy people here, thy presence now displayed.

[1:19] And thou hast given a place for prayer, to be with us to pray.

[1:40] There was such a fire in all my heart, and a waiting king of the grace.

[2:02] And thou hast given a place for prayer, that we may render praise. That we may render praise. That we may render praise.

[2:14] That we may render praise. That we may render praise. That we may render praise.

[2:28] We may render praise. In this world, make only peace, and love and God for dwell.

[2:48] Hear, hear the drop conscience The world is red-reviewed, Make me erect receive thy word The faith we said, have risen.

[3:34] And in the prison, The faith we said, have risen.

[4:11] The faith we said, have risen.

[4:25] The faith we did, receive the count I read this morning part of the Gospel of according to John from chapter 11. John chapter 11 reading down to verse 30.

[5:00] Now a certain man was sick, named Lazarus, for Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister, Martha.

[5:11] It was that Mary which anointed the Lord with ointment and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick. Therefore his sister sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold he whom thou loveth is sick.

[5:29] When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.

[5:43] Now Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus. When he had heard therefore that he was sick, he abode two days still in the same place where he was.

[5:57] And after that said these of his disciples, Let us go into Judea again. His disciples, son, his master, the Jews of late saw to stone thee, and goest out there again.

[6:13] Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walked in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of the world.

[6:27] If any man walked in the night, he stumbleth, because there is no light in him. These things said he, and after that he sat unto them.

[6:39] Then Lazarus said, Did I go that I may await him out of sleep? Then said his disciples, Lord, if he sleep, he shall do well.

[6:53] And there is Jesus' face of his death. But they thought that he had spoken of taking a breast in sleep. Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead.

[7:08] And I am glad for your sake that I was not there, for the intent he may believe. Nevertheless, let us go unto him.

[7:19] Then said Thomas, which is called Didymus, unto his fellow disciples, Let us also go, that we may die with him. And when Jesus came, he found that he had lain the grave all days already.

[7:35] Now Bethany was nigh unto Jerusalem, about fifteen furlongs up. And many of the Jews came to Martha Mary to comfort them concerning their brother.

[7:50] And Martha, as soon as she heard that Jesus was coming, went and met him. But Mary sat still in the house. Then said Martha unto Jesus, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother would not die.

[8:08] But I know that even now whatsoever thou would ask of God, God will give it thee. Jesus said unto her, thy brother shall rise again.

[8:21] Martha said unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection of the last day. Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection and the life.

[8:33] He that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die.

[8:44] Believest thou this? She said unto him, Yea, Lord. I believe that thou art the place, the Son of God, which should come into the world.

[8:58] And when she had so said, she went away and called Mary, her sister, secretly saying, The Master is come, calling for thee.

[9:09] And as soon as she heard that, she arose quickly and came unto him. No, Jesus was not yet come into the town, but was in that place where Martha met him.

[9:25] And here will be the reader. May the Lord bless the world and help us now in prayer.

[9:37] Lord, we pray, Lord, for a spirit of grace and supplication to call upon thy name. Thankful, Lord, that we've been enabled to attend here.

[9:48] We trust all of our friends on the Relay System at Pride, in Geelong, at Home, and also in Adelaide. And we do pray thy blessing upon thy word, that it might have free course and be glorified.

[10:05] Now, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. In our cause is a truth. And few attend the Son of Peace.

[10:16] But we are blessed, God, that there are those that have a spiritual desire to know something of the life of the Spirit, being born again.

[10:27] And exercise earlier that that soul will never die. It will leave our body, we know, Lord, at the time of death of the body.

[10:39] But, Lord, it will ascend into heaven if we are dying. But if not, Lord, it will be, depart from me, I never knew thee.

[10:51] Lord, solemn reality that we are born, Lord, to go either to heaven or to hell.

[11:02] May they be more conscious of this, Lord, and may they be yet in the land, created in you in Christ. That they might be made suitable to their souls' needs for salvation.

[11:18] We are, Lord, when these gifts we have been called by grace. And, Lord, look it to be called by grace. Be sorry, Lord, that we might know the truth in the inner heart.

[11:32] And be favourable to that new heart that they can give, to exercise them rightly in their warmth and their thunder, while he is alone. And when the time of death comes, to have an abundant entrance into the kingdom of heaven.

[11:49] May we be more Lord's exercise, just to know how the place stands. We drift along, Lord. We are careful and troubled about many things like Martha.

[12:01] But, Lord, we ask thee to bid us, to come boldly to the front of us that we might have claimed our suit, and find grace to help in our time to be.

[12:16] We realise, Lord, that we have a calm mind and resentment to God. And, Lord, nothing that we can do in the flesh and satisfy the demands of thy commandments, and repent and faith in the name of Jesus.

[12:33] Oh, dearly, my beloved, today, Lord. We bring our hard things to do, and only thou can resolve them. We bring, Lord, our impossible things to do, which can be made possible, to be a performing God.

[12:50] And we will be mindful, Lord, that thou just still sit and wait for time to pray. It is not the relative to wait, to tarry off the men of faith, to come at evening late.

[13:04] And we, Lord, know that we should be able to afflict with dispensations in life's journeys. And we do pray, Lord, for those in our family circles that need touching, that need healing, that need restoring, that need thought that may be made conscious, that thou remainest, and knowest every step of thy people's way.

[13:29] Lord, we look upon those afflicted dispensations in our family circles. And pray, Lord, that they will touch them, that they will comfort them.

[13:42] And knowest that they may fulfill them, our commander Cahill, but to hope that in which man be obedient in you day by day. And be taught, Lord, to call upon thy name in a day of trouble.

[13:56] And I said, I will hear them and deliver them. So, Lord, I knowest each of their souls' desires this morning. And, Lord, that especially the young we commit to thee and ask thy blessing upon them, to teach them early to see thee, to teach them to number their days that they might upon their hearts unto heavenly wisdom, to observe in their life, to leave their life minor to circumsense, to subject to thine eye and to thine will.

[14:30] O Lord, our marriage, often they're cast down, but still hoping in God, that we may yet praise him for the health of his cabinets and for the blessing of the gospel.

[14:44] O, do not leave us or forsake us, Lord, because of our sin. But shine into our souls. We lighten it up. If we're in darkness of soul, Lord, we grope for the wool like the blind.

[14:58] We've been reading about, as Jesus said, twelve hours of the day. Lord, we have to realise the darkness and bondage that comes into the hearts of our people.

[15:11] Do our thoughts. They have been awakened from the dead. And that darkness, Lord, seems to come over their souls. And may we pray, Lord, shine into their hearts.

[15:24] Lighten their darkness. Speak peace and power and good in these difficult situations that arise. And yet we would acknowledge their rise because of their sins.

[15:37] And it's a hideous monster. And what a curse it's brought in. But bless you, Lord. My blood can cleanse the most sins.

[15:48] Thy blessing can prepare us for death. And after death, for judgment. O Lord, how does the case stand with us then?

[16:00] May we be made very conscious that thy presence alone can come from the supporter. So, Lord, do be with us today. And help us, Lord, and direct us into what we shall speak in the hour.

[16:15] And do grow, Lord, and soften the heart. And may come with weeping and supplication. And Martha and Mary, who knew what it was to be weeping. Their brother had died.

[16:28] And yet, they would say previous, and they did not realise. That it was a sin not unto death, but that the glory and honour of God.

[16:39] So, Lord, do come and bless the gospel to our souls this day. To encourage us still to believe and trust in that I have faith in it. And so, Lord, do be with us.

[16:52] Heal the sick. Open the blind eyes that are blind. And know, Lord, unstop deathly ears and open hearts that we see the truth.

[17:03] That we might have living testimonies of the wonders God alone can do. Hear us and help us, Lord. And especially beware our aged ones and begin to build infirmities of death.

[17:18] That thou knowest the way that they faith. And those tried and they shall come forth with gold. We thank thee for preserving mercies through another weak rule.

[17:29] Though we may have these afflicted dispensations, we do pray for growth to endure hardness. To fight the good fight of faith and at last lay hold on eternal life.

[17:41] And the young ones in the midst of the trials, Lord, confront them in this day, Lord. Of much pressure in their education. Help them, Lord, to seek help from thee.

[17:56] And one that is mighty to save. Even none of their circumstances and what will they need of. If all we even think will are. Such is the greatness of God through the merits of Jesus as you do to thy people.

[18:12] So do be with us, Lord, now and help us. And do forgive our sin for Christ's sake alone. Amen. Let us further sing a hymn 193 and the tune is Irish 1 at 60.

[18:37] 1 at 93. I am, says Christ, your glorious Head. May we attention give, the resurrection of the dead, the life of all that live. By faith in me the soul receives new life though dead before.

[18:49] by faith in me the soul receives new life though dead before and he that in my name believes shall live to die no more.

[19:19] We commence at verse 2 of 1 to 9 to 3. And he that in my name believes shall live to die no more.

[20:12] The sin has sleeping in his grave, shall let my voice away and when my heart's been in their sight, my brother, I'll never say.

[20:59] O live my promise, gracious Lord, for a thousand percent of years.

[21:24] The blood of my spirit with the hurt and from the home's life to me.

[21:48] Resent the power of the life, even though my name.

[22:14] For saved and saved, so immanent.

[22:25] And let alone a man believe anyone at 118 is.

[22:37] Thy power and mercy, mercy held, From there you set us free, And the open sins that I have failed, And in the free in place.

[23:28] To thee we know, to thee we bear, To thee we bear, And love thy life, and resurrection, And love thy life, and holy, and holy.

[24:14] As the Lord may be pleased to help me, I will direct you prayerfully to John's Gospel, Chapter 11, and reading verse 35, Jesus wept.

[24:35] Oh what compassion do we see here, Comfort and hope to each one of us, With regard and respect of our never dying souls.

[24:49] We are born in sin, we are saved in a living, We are born dead, To the reality that we have an immortal soul. But what a mercy, What a mercy, That Martha, Who was troubled about many things we read of, Was unable to say, To the Lord, Martha said unto Jesus, Lord, That thou have been here, My brother not die, But I know.

[25:27] Favoured souls, And she said, But I know, That even now, Whatsoever thou would ask God, God will give it away.

[25:39] And this is where faith comes in, Exorcism, We shall come with weeping, And supplication, If we are convinced we are sinners in the sight of God, If we tremble in his holiness and majesty.

[25:53] Many people in this day and age that we live in, In the present states of, In Europe, In Queensland, And other, And stormy scenes in New South Wales, With no doubt naturally we should tremble, When the floods come, When the fires come, In the midst of the, Hot summers that we get.

[26:21] But what a mercy to realise that, After death, The judgement, It's few of knowledge today, And yet there will be, Compassion in your soul and mine, There will be a face of mourning, We know what it is to mourn over, Loved ones loss, We know what it is to tremble at the thought, To welfare those souls that have departed, And yet through mercy there will be a people, And they shall know what it is that Jesus wept for them.

[27:00] You see his compassion naturally here, But his compassion too, dear friends, To those who are not found in the covenant of Christ, That have been born into the world, That have been made useful in the world, And yet the time, Comes when they must lay down and die, And have never had any thoughts about eternity, And about God, And about the need of a Saviour, And the truth, But through mercy, We have been taught the truth, The Bible has been, An instructing, An instructing book, To poor sinners, To have been given a hang of the fur, And also to realise, That, The Lord Jesus Christ, Saw, He saw the weeping,

[28:01] He saw the weeping, The Jews weeping, Which came with her, He groaned in the spirit, And was troubled, And he knew this was to be the honour and glory, But they did not take heed to what he had said, In that earlier part of the chapter, But by the grace of God, We are here today, I believe, To hear the gospel, And though it may be here friends, In effect to you and me, In the present day, But I believe a time will come, If you are one of the Lord's people, That you'll know, That the Lord Jesus, Has known what it is, To bear the burden, Of the sins of his people, And there is no right burden, Because we read, Don't we elsewhere, That he, And was found, And, He being in an agony, Pray more earnestly,

[29:02] He came to do the work of the Father, And all that the Father gave in, He said, She'll come to me, And him that come, And come to me, I shall in no wise cast out, But Jesus wept, And, And they said, And him, Come and see, Where the lady, Laid there, No question, That he had died, And been four days in the tomb, We believe, According to the word of God, And what about, You and me, When we come, And ponder the palm of our feet, And realise, The great need, To see Jesus, You see, Ultimately, He cried, With a loud voice, Lazarus, Come forth, You see, He raises the dead, You and I, Are naturally born in sin, And shaken iniquity, We are dead in trespasses and sins,

[30:03] We have no thoughts of eternity, In our, In our early days, Until the appointed time comes, For the Lord to quicken your soul, To awaken your soul, To the needs, Of the blood of Christ, To thank you, So, You and I may have godly sorrow, You and I might weep at the front of the Lord, To those that we look around and see, That have no thoughts of eternity, No thoughts of where we are going to spend eternity, But blessed be the Lord Jesus, Jesus wept, And so he has compassion upon his people, As he commenced to start, This poor sermon, Plus, It might be applied, With, With power to your soul and mind, To see Jesus, To see him, To come and weep him, Mourning, Over your souls and mind,

[31:05] And willing to lay down his life, For such sinners as you and me, And so, Jesus, Raised him from the dead, And all that was much joy, To see, For Martha in particular, And Mary, And Mary, You see, Is set still in the house, And this is a mercy when you and I come, To read the word of God, We want to read it properly, We want the word of pride to your souls, That you might be persuaded, That he is the resurrection life of your soul, That he is the resurrection life of your soul, Raises you and me from those dead feelings, And though we spend much, Much in darkness and bondage through fear of death, Yet the Lord in his mercy, Appears to you, And comforts you, And supports you, Because, Those tears, Those groans, You see,

[32:06] He being grown, He being burdened, He grown, He sweated as it were, Great blocks of blood, Fawed into the ground, His anxiety, His concern, And the welfare of the souls, That God has chosen, And revealed to Jesus, That he must suffer, bleed and die, To redeem them from the curse of the broken Lord, So we bless the Lord, Don't we?

[32:32] For his very goodness, And he raises them, To that life again, We know we were born in sin, And shaken iniquity, We know in darkness, We wanted to be freed from the gospel, And to be freed from the bondage, That we feel, We might have been brought up under, And we did all manner of things, That we could escape, But you can't escape God's broken law, If ere you come to die, But we have to bless the Lord, To Jesus, And set the pattern, Weeping, Sowing in tears, That we might yet reap in joy, And be favoured to know, The glorious truths of the gospel, And welcome news of salvation, And for him to say unto your soul and mine, I am the Lord, I change now.

[33:28] And so though he saw all the weeping, The Jews weeping, Which came without, And he groaned in the spirit, And was troubled. And yet you see, He was waiting for the Lord, To put new life into Lazarus, To raise him from the dead, And he said, That you know, Come forth, And me that was dead, Came forth, Bound hand and foot, With grave clothes, And these grave clothes, Dear friends, Are like an earthly, An earthly, Binding of your soul and mine, You're bound up with the world, You're full of the world, You're full of worldly excitement, Worldly pleasures, Worldly treasures.

[34:20] But he says, Loose him. Loose him from these bonds of the world. Loose him from these earthly things, That could never save up.

[34:34] And Lord come, And show me that then I am concerned about myself, That now, Weeping that I might be brought to repentance, Brought to repentance.

[34:45] It's a time of love. A time of love, When Jesus with his mighty love, Because it's your troubled prayers, You have trouble in time, And you wonder where the season got to end, And shall I be brought out of this affliction?

[34:59] Shall I be brought through it? Yes you will. If Jesus is drawn, Squeezed prayer out of your soul, Wrestling prayer we often speak of, And it is wrestling to the break of day.

[35:14] All those night seasons, You lay on your bed maybe, Where is the sea going? Shall I see daylight again? Shall I be amongst those that have been chosen vessels?

[35:25] That shall you to show for their faith? And so you see Mary came where Jesus was, And saw him, She fell down at his feet, Saying, Lord if thou had been here, My brother not die.

[35:39] But this was shown to the glory of God, That he had said he would raise him, And so he did raise him, From that carnal mind, That enmity to God, And ever will be.

[35:54] But when Jesus with his mighty love, Visits our trouble, Blessed our doubts, Obsiding our fears, Remember, We are completely blessed. The Lord knows, Your pathway and mine, He said, Look unto me, All the ends of the earth, And be saved, But beside me, There is no saviour.

[36:13] Jesus weeping. You know wonder Jesus weeping. He looks upon the unregenerate, And he looks to the Father, That he might bring them, To repentance, And give them a godly hunger and thirst, After the welfare of their souls.

[36:38] You see what I keep saying, I'm looking and pressing upon you, And myself too, Born in sins, Shaped iniquity, In sins that our mother conceived of.

[36:53] Sin into the world, And death by sin. But Jesus reigns. Jesus Was a one that had compassion upon them. The two sisters mourning, Over what they thought was the death, Of their brother.

[37:12] But it was all dear friends. To show the glory of God, In the face of Christ Jesus. What a refuge then, For you and me.

[37:23] To say, And the Lord, Where they have laid him. And there you might look at it in this way. You leave the things of God.

[37:34] For a mass of pottage. You like, He sold dear friends. Sold his birthright for a mass of pottage. Oh Lord, What profit was then?

[37:47] And what profit will you and me, If we gain the whole world, And lose their soul. For Jesus will not let you go. He's mourned over you.

[37:59] He's waiting for the Lord, To bless you with a token of his love. This is the work of Father, Son and Holy Ghost.

[38:10] All take their part in the salvation of the souls of everyone in the covenant. And blessed be the Lord. Yes, he may weep in his, And this shows Jesus in his humanity.

[38:25] Jesus truly in his humanity. He was made like unto our flesh sin accepted. But he knew what it was to naturally weep.

[38:37] And he knows the way that you take. And he knows your arrogance and pride. And determined not to have him to reign over you.

[38:50] But you know, You can't, dear friends, fight with Jesus and God's will. Though you may seem to be tried about this, In your environment and those that you meet with.

[39:06] But blessed be the Lord. He knows. And he is determined. And we should determine to know nothing about men. Save Jesus Christ and he was crucified.

[39:17] And he had crucified you and me to the world. Would to God he would do it more. You see, to be so bound up at times in the things of Jesus. But you see, the Lord stops you.

[39:29] The Lord touches you. And he did. And he humbles you and me. Before the almighty God. That we might be exalted in due time.

[39:41] Casting all their care upon him. Jesus. The friend of sinners. Though he may not look openly, dear friends, with the Jews as yet.

[39:54] But the time will come when they, the Jews will know what it is. To seek after Jesus. And they will see that Jesus has suffered, bled and died.

[40:06] And died. And does it make you weak? Does it give you a godly sorrow for your sins? Does it make you a true mourner, a true mourner in Zion?

[40:17] And I pray, Lord, to lead me and die me to all truth. That I might mourn more over what thou hast passed through. To redeem such an unworthy sin of me unto yourselves.

[40:32] Jesus, the friend, the palm of the tree. And open the channel of mercy for your canoe. Do you know something, dear friends? I've seen Jesus suffer.

[40:44] It'll bring you, it'll bring tears to your eyes. It'll bring you a broken heart and contrite spirit. Because you're looking for eternity. And some way only the older ones cannot be far from it.

[40:58] Maybe a few more years, days or months we shall be upon the earth. And then we face, dear friends. The judgment's siege. And so you see Jesus was weeping on account of the sisters.

[41:15] Suffering as loss. And they were there as they so thought, suffering. And they were there that they would never see their brother again.

[41:30] But this is that miracle, miraculous call from the dead. And so like unto you and me, dead in our trespasses and sin. You're still in the body.

[41:42] But you're not in the spirit. And blessed be the Lord. You see, a spirit can't weep. And so this is another proof of the Son of God coming on this sin-stained earth and weeping.

[41:58] He had that natural weeping, dear friends. For the sorrow that the sisters were brought into. And they had not yet seen the miraculous raising of Lazarus from the dead.

[42:11] But there was no point in time. And they, and, and then they believed on Jesus. And that's a wonderful thing to be given faith to believe that the Lord Jesus is the Son of God.

[42:29] Co-equal, co-eternal, the Father and the Holy Ghost. And all that the Father has given him shall come to him. You will never be able to escape from that doubt you and the puke can be given to Christ.

[42:44] You have this godly sorrow for your sin. And you want him to truly lead you to understand. Jesus, suffering upon that accursed tree.

[42:57] He said, if it would be possible, the Lord, his Father, if it would be possible, let this cup pass from me. He had to drink a cup of Cyrus.

[43:08] He had to drink all of it, the drinks of it. And he suffered in your room, place, and sin and mine. And you won't let it apply. And if it's applied, you'll go away rejoicing.

[43:21] Grace of the dead. And all these Pharisees, you see, he's always a Pharisee about. Trying to imagine and trying to undermine Jesus.

[43:36] And then he had to walk no more openly among the Jews. But went into a country near to the wilderness. And there continued with his disciples.

[43:48] It's a separate path. Come ye from among them, and be separate and touch not the unclean thing. And I will be a father unto you. And ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

[44:01] Blessed person. He touches your heart and mind. If you have godly sorrow, you'll come weeping. You set the pattern of Jesus wept.

[44:13] And you'll weep. And you'll say you'll feel sorry for those sins, those past offences. O Lord, I am so oppressed with my sins.

[44:25] I am so trialled about my path. I so want to be acceptable in thy side as one of thy chosen vessels. So he bought me with a price.

[44:36] Raise me from the dead. Quicken me into life. And you hasten to the place where he unviles his lovely face through the glorious truth of the gospel.

[44:47] Or searching the scriptures. When you settle upon a portion of his word. And he says unto you, fear not, Lord redeem thee. Or you will have a godly sorrow for sin.

[44:58] And we need need more of it. Who so bends upon earthly things. Who so think that we know what we want to do and going to do.

[45:09] But have you had the approbation upon your plans and your schemes? I believe you'll know what it is, Lord. Do God, may divine guidance and help that I might glorify thy name.

[45:24] And even glorify thy name in the fires. And to hear thy voice say, be still and know that I am God. Your God. Your Saviour.

[45:36] Your only begotten Son of God. Full of grace and full of truth. Because you've had that spirit of adoption. You're a chosen vessel.

[45:47] I've chosen thee. And all. Go in these ways that you might go forth and bring forth little fruits. For the great repentance. For the great repentance. Lord, did Mary and her sister come.

[46:01] And saying, that if thou had been there here, my brother would not have died. For this was to prove the honour and glory of God the Father.

[46:14] That Jesus Christ should know what it is to come to that place. And Jesus said unto him, loose him and let him go.

[46:26] Relieve dear friends of our afflictions. And he does relieve us of our afflictions. But we know this ultimately will become an affliction that will cause our body to die.

[46:41] And our soul shall seek to have evidences that he has bought you the prize. Yes, he looks upon you with weeping and supplication.

[46:55] And you bless the Lord. For as you've sown in tears, you will yet reap in joy. This is the blessed hope then. And this is the hope that they had.

[47:06] That Jesus would be raised again. Because he says, I am the resurrection of the night. And that is a great mercy. Raise you and me from the dead.

[47:19] Exercise your soul to know the truth. And the truth, he says, shall make you free from the condemnation, the broken law. Jesus, the end of sin.

[47:31] And so we must know something of our sinnership. And we must repent of our sinnership. And we will say to the Lord and plead with him, Lord, Lord, don't leave me to bring shame upon that dear name of God.

[47:45] But bless me with some blessed evidence that I have been truly bought with a prize. And the power truly raised me from the dead. And bless me with the saving knowledge of the dear word of God.

[48:01] He said, my sheep hear my voice and they know me and I will follow thee and give unto them eternal life and art.

[48:13] And for all this prospect of you and me, we may be only in the very nearness to death. And we have been sent to the appointed time and the Lord will not come before it or after it.

[48:27] A time he has sent, sent, a time he has sent to favour you and me to know the evidences of his everlasting love of God.

[48:38] And we cannot escape that time. And so it was the case of this miraculous raising of the body of Lazarus from the dead to life again.

[48:52] And he will raise you and leave from that newness of life that we might truly realise that Jesus alone can speak the word to your soul and say, come out of them among them, see the Lord while he may be found, call you upon him while he is near, for unto you will be the Lord.

[49:15] There is no help in self I find, yet have sought it well, and they have treasured my life, is sin, death and hell. We have to painfully learn what solemn creatures we are.

[49:30] Shady creatures, deceitful creatures, deceitful above all things is our heart, and desperately wicked, but you should know it. He takes away that stony heart, you might say, and gives you a heart of flesh, a feeling of religion.

[49:47] You should look unto me, all the ends of the earth, and be me, and be ye separate. Yes, a separate partner. All we do seem to be so earthly bound, don't we, until something comes to shock us.

[50:04] Yes, I say shock us into repentance, to shock us into realise what we are in the pure and holy eyes of Jesus, and God the Father, as the Holy Ghost comes upon you and me.

[50:21] Spirit and truth come down, reveal the things of God, and make for us salvation and witness with the blood, Jesus Christ, suffering.

[50:32] Oh, we want fellowship with his sufferings, and me, make and form one of his death, even dead of the cross. It's more than print on paper, when Jesus exhorts his word and reveals it, makes it precious to your soul.

[50:50] Oh, we see then, Jesus, weeping over you, weeping over me. For he hates your sins and hates my sins, but he has redeemed you.

[51:05] And he's wept over you. And this is compassion from the Son of God, to look upon you and bless you with that faith you apply.

[51:19] And look upon him and you appear, and you mourn over your sins and after him. That does roar you.

[51:31] It does roar you to see the Son of God, who is holy, harmless and undefiled and separate from sinners, weaving, mourning over your sins.

[51:44] And all he sees too, who has come to do the will of his Father. And all the Father given me shall come unto me, and him that cometh unto me, I shall in no wise send back.

[51:59] Blessed be the Lord. Blessed be the Lord. So we see the wonders of Jesus weeping. The shortest version I understand the scriptures. Jesus weeping.

[52:11] Very significant isn't it? Jesus suffered from you, for me. And he said, I thank thee that thou hast heard me too far.

[52:24] He said, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. He took away the son of Christ where the dead was. And you and me dead and trespassing in sins.

[52:36] No thoughts of the need of the blood of Christ. All in the work of the blessed spirit. And following unto know the Lord. He said, they shall know me, as they follow unto know me.

[52:50] As revealed to you from the scripture. And all scripture is given by, by the work of the spirit. All scripture is given by God.

[53:02] Is honourable. For conviction. For godly sorrow. For your sins and mine. Oh, and that's a blessing.

[53:13] And it will be, dear friends. For sanctification of the spirit in yourself. Which you will have nothing to glory in and boast of.

[53:25] That you will bless God. For your needs being supplied in the world. And holding them with a loose hand. And looking to see what it cost the son of God.

[53:37] To make a way for you to escape from the rock to come. Because Jesus, my friend, had hung on the tree. That opened the channel of mercy for me. So Jesus saw them weeping.

[53:50] And Jesus wept himself. And so you see. Your pathway is pure, far from perfect. Until he perfects that that concerns you.

[54:02] That you might be found complete. In the merits of his imputed righteousness to their souls. And so it was with the case.

[54:13] Of loosing you and letting you go. Setting you at gospel liberty. And you bless the Lord. Who he had raised from the dead.

[54:24] And so as I say spiritually. Your body won't necessarily be raised from the dead. Although sometimes there might. You know. It has been spoken about those that have been dead.

[54:36] Clinically dead. But not. The soul has not left the body. Be very mindful of that. And blessed be the Lord. He raises up. And puts new life in your soul.

[54:49] As you get a glimpse by faith of him. And you say. Lord do keep me from the love of sinning. Help me to walk worthy of the vocation. For what I have been called. Looking unto Jesus.

[55:01] Who the joy that was set before me. And you do the cross. Despite the shame. As they have set down. At the right hand of God. There to intercede to you. What an intercessor we have in the Lord Jesus.

[55:15] And so we see. In the steps of the Lord. That you will look to. And say Lord. Hold up my guns and my powers.

[55:26] But my footsteps have not. That we must leave it there. As we have the ordnance to attend to. May he bless his word. And forgive.

[55:37] Anything amiss. In his pure and holy eyes. As we ask you. For Christ so alone. Amen. Let us conclude with him.

[55:51] 441. The Tunis Hursley. 353. So fair a place. The Tunis tears. What beauty even grief appears. He wept. He bled.

[56:02] He died. He who. What more. Ye saints. Could Jesus do. Enthrung above. What equal glow. His warm affection. Bleed down with glow. In our distress. He bears a path.

[56:13] In our distress. He bears a path. In our distress. He bears a path. In our distress. He bears a path. In our distress. He bears a path. He bears a path. And feels a sense of that ease.

[56:24] In our distress. Amen. 441.

[56:45] Amen. Amen.

[57:45] Amen. Amen.

[58:45] Amen. Amen.

[59:17] Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, beloved God the Father, the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, abide with us each. Amen.
